UnlimData provides a digital platform for purchasing mobile data subscriptions. We act as a reseller and are not affiliated with any network operator.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for the security of your account password
• You must provide a valid, active Nigerian phone number
• You may not share your credentials with others
• You are responsible for all purchases made through your account

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely by Paystack
• Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are final
• Data plans are activated automatically after payment confirmation
• Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours for failed activations only

5. Prohibited Uses

• Purchasing data for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Attempting to hack or reverse-engineer our platform
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral programs
• Reselling data plans without authorization

6. Referral Program

• 1GB is credited per genuine referral (friend must complete a purchase)
• Referral GB is redeemable when your bonus box reaches 50GB
• Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination

7. Limitation of Liability

UnlimData is not liable for service interruptions caused by network providers. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in dispute.
